Refund Policy

AI Skills Board sells digital certification assessments that are delivered electronically.
1) How refunds work
If you would like to request a refund, you must contact us at: [email protected]
Include:
- Your full name
- Email used at checkout
- Certification purchased
- Proof of purchase / transaction reference (if available)
- Reason for the request
2) Refund eligibility
Refunds may be offered at our discretion and only if:
- The exam has not been started/attempted, and
- The request is made within a reasonable time after purchase (e.g., within 7 days)
3) No refunds in these cases
Refunds will generally not be provided if:
- The exam has been started or completed
- You did not pass the assessment
- You changed your mind after receiving access
- You failed to check spam/junk folders for the exam access email
- The issue is caused by unsupported devices/browsers or a poor internet connection
4) Technical issues
If you experience a genuine technical issue (e.g., can't access the exam after purchase), contact [email protected] and we'll work to resolve it quickly. Where appropriate, we may issue a replacement attempt or provide another reasonable remedy.
5) Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend access and/or invalidate any issued credential until the matter is resolved.
