Terms & Conditions

Effective date: January 19, 2026

Welcome to AI Skills Board ("AI Skills Board," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of aiskillsboard.com and your purchase and participation in our certification assessments.

By accessing our website, purchasing an exam, or taking an assessment, you agree to these Terms.

1) What we provide

AI Skills Board offers vendor-neutral, role-based AI certification assessments for business professionals. Our certifications are assessments (not courses) and are designed to evaluate knowledge and decision-making in AI-related workplace scenarios.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase and take an exam.

3) Purchases and access

When you purchase a certification exam, we provide access to an online assessment via a third-party testing platform. Access details are typically delivered by email.

You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct and that you can receive emails from us (including checking spam/junk folders).

4) Exam format and attempts

Each certification exam includes a defined number of questions, time limit, pass mark, and permitted attempts (including any retake). Exam settings may vary by certification and may be updated over time.

You agree to follow all exam rules shown before or during the assessment.

5) No guarantee of passing or outcomes

We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam. Passing depends on your performance.

Our certifications do not guarantee employment, promotion, compensation outcomes, or any specific professional result.

6) Fair testing and prohibited conduct

To protect exam integrity, you agree that you will not:

If we reasonably suspect misconduct, we may invalidate results, revoke a credential, block access, or refuse future purchases without refund (to the extent permitted by law).

7) Certificates and credential verification

If you pass, we may issue a digital certificate and a credential ID.

We may provide a verification page (e.g., aiskillsboard.com/verify) that confirms credential validity. Verification is provided as an informational service and may be updated or improved over time.

Credentials are personal and may not be transferred or reassigned.

8) Third-party services

We use third-party providers to deliver parts of the service (such as payments and exam hosting). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages or failures outside our control.

9) Intellectual property

All content on our website and within our assessments (including questions, structure, scoring logic, and branding) is owned by AI Skills Board or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.

10) Site access and acceptable use

You agree to use our website and services lawfully and not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with normal operation.

11) Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make warranties of any kind, including that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Skills Board will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the exam in question.

13) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
